Omotola Jalade Furious With Bloggers Over Duaghter's "Hot n Sexy" Comment... Who is to be blame?

Meraiah, daughter of popular nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde turned 14 on February 7, 2014 and days later some of her photos went viral online.
Well, seems like Omotola is not pleased with this and she has issued a warning to bloggers.
She is angry that her daughters 'private online photos' were tagged as sexy and hot by some bloggers.
Omotola has two boys and two girls and Meraiah is her second daughter.

Now the question i ask is; Who is to be blame... are we to blame the bloggers for allowing "hot" comments, or the parents for granting a 14 year old teenager access to the Internet?
