Kenya Out Of Big Brother Hotshots

The second Kenyan, Alusa, was evicted from the Big Brother House on Sunday ending the East African country’s run on the show.

Tanzania’s Laveda was also evicted, making her the sixth woman to leave the show.

Prior to Alusa’s eviction, all the evictees in the three week old show have been women. His Kenyan counterpart, Sabina was evicted last week.

Nigeria’s Lilian also booked it last week, leaving Tayo, as the country’s remaining representative on the show. Tayo, who is known for being a hot head and the controversial “alpha male” in the house, was voted this week as the “sexiest hotshot” by the viewers.

Seven people were up for nomination this week. Apart from the evictees, the others were Permitheus, JJ, M’am Bea, Ellah and Macky2.

Ghana’s M’am Bea came under fire this week, when she was caught discussing nominations with South Africa’s Samantha. Big Brother has a rule against conspiracies or unions.

The two hotshots were given their 1st strikes after they were reprimanded in front of the other housemates. Samantha, who was head of house last week, apologised profusely and promised not to repeat the offence.

Two more strikes would see the offending housemate evicted off the show.

Meanwhile, another set of nominations will take place on Monday. According to host, IK Osakioduwa, 21 housemates remain in the house.

With six women gone, IK asked Africa to reconsider its voting pattern.

KK from Namibia performed on Sunday’s live eviction show.
