Professional socialite Kimora Lee Simmons, 39, is pregnant with her fourth baby with her latest husband, banker Tim Leissner.
Sources told Page Six that the model-turned-fashion designer, 39, is four months pregnant. She and hubby Tim were spotted celebrating Saturday night over dinner at Gallaghers Steakhouse in Midtown.
