With Baseline Music hitmaker, Skales set to drop his debut album “All The Above” soon, here’s a track that apparently won’t be making the final cut. I managed to lay my hands on this unreleased song “Have Mercy” starring the cast of the hit song “Emergency” (minus Runtown).
