Dope Town Records Boss , Archibong Ebong Okon has just bagged a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of the West of England, Bristol, United Kingdom.
Archibong who is known in showbiz circles as Archill is one of the very few who have set up record labels in the Niger delta in a bid to encourage home grown acts. His Dope Town Records produced and released albums for artistes like Double D (who is now the in-house producer with Just Jojo Studios), Zillionz, Handy Man etc. Before jetting out to the UK, Archill had acquired a first degree in Cmputer science from the Federal university of Technology, Owerri. He is credited for packaging and sponsoring some showbiz events that have helped shaped show business in Akwa Ibom State and beyond. Congrats to him!
