The funeral rites for the late mother of Super Eagles captain and first choice goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama will be held on October 2 in Akwa Ibom State.
This piece of information was tweeted by former Super Eagles media officer and Nigeria Football Federation insider Colin Udoh on Friday.
“The funeral rites for Vincent Enyeama’s late mum to hold Oct 2 in Akwa Ibom. #RIP #SaveTheDate,” Udoh, who is very close to Vincent, tweeted.
However the Nigeria Football Federation as at the time of this report are yet to publish details of the burial arrangement for the late Mrs. Enyeama on their official website.
Enyeama missed the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Tanzania and the friendly win over Niger due to his bereavement.
