Ex Convict, Chief James Ibori Conferred With A Chieftaincy “Ezi-Oyi Anioma”,Title In Delta (Photos)

Convicted former Delta state governor, James Ibori, was today conferred with a chieftancy title, the “Ezi-Oyi Anioma” by the people of Anioma kingdom in the state.

 The conferment ceremony took place at his home in Oghara.
