Paulo Dybala's Double Helps Juve Defeat Barca (Juventus 3-0 Barcelona)

Juventus sent out a strong warning to the rest of Europe with a 3 - 0 defeat of Barcelona in their Champions League quarter-final clash.

Barcelona came into the game having lost 2 - 0 to Malaga over the weekend and that seemed to affect the way they played against the Italians. As early as the third minute, Gonzalo Higuain had a headed effort punch away by Marc Ter-Stegen.

Dybala opened the scoring in the seventh minute when he converted from Cuadrado's right wing cross. That strike made it the Argentine's seventh goal in seven home games.

The 23-year-old added a second in the 22nd minute with a one time left footed strike Ter-Stegen could do nothing about.
Gianluigi Buffon was in inspired form denying Iniesta with a strong left hand when it looked like the Spaniard had pulled one back.

In the 66th minute, Chiellini made it three converting with a header at the back post from a Miralem Pjanic corner-kick. That was how the match ended as Juve carry a 3 - 0 lead into the second leg which will be played next week.
The game between Dortmund and AS Monaco which was also supposed to be played was postponed due to security fears.
