Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya, the Speaker Of Delta State House Of Assembly and Hon Efe Ofoburuku, representing Uvwie Constituency, went half-unclad as they were recently conferred with traditional titles.
The speaker also took a bow to His Royal Majesty, Dr Wilson Ojakovo Oharisi III JP after his title conferment as the Great Ughelli kingdom celebrate their king 25th coronation anniversary and 64th birthday party from on the 26th to 29th April.
