77-year-old Ernestine Shepherd runs ten miles before her 5:30am breakfast everyday. After running and eating a high protein breakfast that includes drinking 8 oz. of liquid egg whites, she heads to her gym for her 1 hour, 45 minute morning workout. She continues her day teaching fitness classes, training other women at the gym, drinking more egg whites, resting, going back to the gym, and then doing it all over again the next day.
