On the most recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé Kardashiandecides to stay in Thailand despite her desire to leave because she realizes how important it is to her family that she stick around. She also doesn't want to ruin the vacation for everybody else, even though she is concerned for Rob Kardashian's well-being.
Khloé decides to take some Thai boxing classes to let off some steam and surprisesBrody Jenner with her impressive fighting skills. Brody jokes about finding a Thai kickboxer boyfriend for Khloé, while she isn't too keen on the idea of having a vacation fling.
Back at the resort, Bruce Jenner and Brandon Jenner sing a duet together while hanging out...
The family heads off to a local orphanage where they plan to spend the afternoon with the children.

After getting a tour of the orphanage, the family participates in fun activities with the kids.Kendall Jenner starts to realize how blessed she is and how much better she has it than a lot of people in the world, which only inspires her to want to help more.

Kim Kardashian ends up forming a special bond with a girl at the orphanage named Pink!
Then they make their handprints on the wall together in pretty colors...
Pink gives Kim one of her bracelets as a goodbye gift. Kim is touched by this gesture and can't stop thinking about her, even after leaving.
During dinner, Bruce announces that he is going to watch some traditional Thai fighting. Brody teases Khloé and insists that he is going to find a guy for her at the fight.
Brandon then asks Khloé about Lamar Odom, and she explains that after he went to New York, no one has heard from or seen him since.

The guys end up going to the match on their own, but Brody hasn't given up on finding a guy for Khloé.
He immediately introduces himself to some eligible bachelors for his stepsister...
The next morning, Kim mentions how she misses Pink from the orphanage. What she says next shocks everyone:
Kris points out that Kim can't just take a child home from an orphanage the way she would go shopping at a store. She points out that there other things that Kim can do to help, but Kim still wants to look into adoption.
Then Leah gets the idea to go out on a small boat and swim in the ocean!
At lunch, Brody tells Kris about his mission to find a man for Khloé. They decide to call the guy they met the other night.
Kris even pretends to be Khloé over the phone and jokes about potentially setting up a coffee date later!
Later, Kris and Kim meet with the resort manager to inquire about adopting Pink. But the manager has some bad news:
He suggests that they contact the orphanage and try to figure out some other ways that they can help the children.
The manager tells them about plans to rebuild the orphanage and offers them the opportunity to be involved. Kris and Kim think it's a great idea and plan to buy the kids more toys and a swimming pool!
That afternoon, the family goes to visit a Buddhist temple, which Khloé hopes will bring her serenity and peace of mind.
The family receives blessings from Buddhist monks before giving them offerings...
Khloé goes off to meditate on her own but is followed by Kim, who tells her sister that she needs to relax more often and stop being so stressed.
Kim reminds Khloé that she shouldn't take full responsiblity for Rob and that she really needs to take care of herself. Khloé understands what her sister is saying and she even agrees that she needs to do more for herself.
Later, Kim and Kris return to the orphanage with presents for the kids!
Kim also brings a special gift for Pink to thank her for the bracelet.
The moment between the two is absolutely adorable.
At sunset, Kendall and Khloé go for a walk on the beach and come across a wedding along the way!
They stop and pose for a picture with the newlyweds...
After, they meet up with Brandon and Brody for some drinks. Things take a turn for the worse, however, when some random guy at the bar grabs Kendall's butt!
Brody then confronts the strange man...
Luckily, the fight is stopped and everyone is impressed that Brody stood up for his sister!
At dinner that night, Kris makes a toast to the family and announces that she has a special surprise waiting for them on the beach.
It turns out to be a lantern releasing ceremony!
The lanterns serve as a way for them to release their worries and stresses up into the sky...
...there they go!
The family feels closer after the ceremony and they enjoy the beautiful view of the lanterns drifting off into the sky. Each member of the family has their own personal revelation and they are all looking forward to positive changes in their lives.
On next Sunday's episode, Khloé quickly learns that there's a price that comes with hiringKourtney Kardashian to be her interior designer, while Scott Disick gets in touch with his wild side at the Versace mansion!
