There are many reasons why taking a child to a fashion show is a bad idea. 1) Babies are restless 2) The music is way too loud for them
But all the above doesn’t matter if you are baby North West, the most fashionable baby in the world, spawn of Kim Kardashian & Kanye West.
Last night as Kanye West made his New York Fashion Week debut with his collaborative collection with Adidas called Yeezy, little Nori joined her mum, Beyonce, Jay Z, P. Diddy, Cassie, Rihanna, Anna Wintour, Russell Simmons & The other members of the Kardashian Klan as they all sat front row to take in Kanye’s much talked about collection.
But as the show started Nori did what all babies do, she started to cry, she even threw head back and started to kick her legs around, at that point you no say wahala dey. Kim ran with her backstage, she later returned to watch the show by herself.
But what was most amusing about it all for me was that not one person sat beside and around Kim even reached over to the baby to comfort her. Not Beyonce, not Anna Wintour…not even her Kardashian krew..

The calm before the storm
Kris Jenner later took to Instagram to explain the incident and thanked Beyonce for her patience with the crying child. She wrote,
North got a little fussy waiting for Daddy’s Show to start !!! We took her backstage for a snack right after this but just had to share…love the patience of @beyonce#AnnaWintour@kimkardashian#NYFW#YeezySeason#mommymoment
Patience indeed? What were they supposed to do though? North is too cute, she’s clearly not here for all this fashion stuff her parents are thrusting on her
