United Evangelical Church (also known as Qua Iboe Church), Surulere cordially request the presence of well wishers at a thanksgiving service to thank God for His faithfulness to their brother, His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State - Deacon Udom Emmanuel and their sister, his wife; Her Excellency, Deaconess Martha Udom Emmanuel and family.
With the theme 'He Qualifies Those He Appoints' drawn from the Holy Bible in Romans 8:30. The Service commences by 9 am on Sunday, September 13, 2015, at Qua Iboe Church, Surulere, Lagos.
