Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Thursday paid a visit to the Biafra cenotaph hilltop in Enugu state. While there, he offered some prayers to some of the fallen heroes that fought the Biafran war. Biafra Cenotaph Enugu is the commemorative site of the fallen heroes of Biafra.
